Eli Lilly is thrilled to share an exciting opportunity for second-year students interested in exploring a career at Lilly. Lilly Discovery Day is a targeted, two-day leadership development conference happening from March 26th-28th, 2026 at the Lilly Corporate Center in Indianapolis, Indiana.

This event aims to provide students with self-discovery and career exploration opportunities in various fields, including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Research and Development, Human Resources, Procurement, Pricing, Reimbursement & Access, Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality, and Technology.
