Student Summer Scholarship Opportunities
More than 850+ undergraduate courses, including 600+ online and 200+ on-campus options, will be offered in the summer.As a reminder, all undergraduate students pay a flat rate in summer when taking 6-9 credit hours. View the full list of online courses on the Think Summer website.
Summer Stay Scholars
Summer Stay Scholars (up to $2,100) — This program combines a research or internship experience with summer courses. The opportunity is available to current Purdue students. To be eligible to receive a scholarship for research, a student must have a minimum GPA of a 3.0. To be eligible to receive a scholarship for an internship, a student must have a minimum GPA of a 2.0.
The Summer Stay Scholars application is open click here, the application has a priority deadline of February 27 and a final deadline of March 27.
Summer Internship Plus
Summer Internship Plus (up to $1,000) — This opportunity is available to students who are completing credits alongside a summer internship experience.
Summer Double Major, Minors, Underg. Certificates, and Co-op Scholarships
Summer Double Major, Minors, Underg. Certificates, and Co-op Scholarships (up to $1,000) for completing 6+ credit hours of summer course work towards a double major, minor(s), undergraduate certificate, or co-op experience.
Summer Financial Aid –Students interested in receiving summer financial aid need to complete the Summer Aid Application. The Summer Aid Application is available to students under their Financial Tab in myPurdue. For more information view the Summer Aid website.
Summer Housing – Is available for undergraduate students who are pursuing summer classes or research for an academic department at Purdue Indianapolis Summer Housing and West Lafayette Summer Housing. Students intern summer housing is also available on both campuses, visit West Lafayette Intern Summer Housing or Indianapolis Intern Summer Housing.
Students on the Purdue University West Lafayette and Indianapolis campuses are eligible for all of the above listed opportunities.
