Your role:
Designing, planning, and implementing distribution process improvements, including layout, workflow, and automation
Developing business cases to quantify benefits and persuade leadership to implement improvements
Performing time studies and process observations to establish baselines and performance expectations for warehouse operations
Supporting packaging engineering with testing and documentation
Developing analysis and reporting tools to support distribution operations

Your expertise:
Eagerly learning and supporting various engineering functions
Possessing excellent communication skills and have experience working in cross-functional teams
Quickly understanding processes and identifying inefficiencies and process breakdowns
Being detail-oriented and having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Being able to drive initiatives set by leadership to bridge KPI gaps in distribution operations
Developing detailed action plans and have persistence to drive them to completion and measure results against expected savings
Possessing excellent organizational skills and successfully working on multiple projects in parallel
