Register for Two-Way Mentorship Program!
It is still a ways off, but the IE Two-Way Mentorship (TWM) Program will be returning for the Fall 2024 semester. We will be holding callouts now for students who are interested in participating. Attending a callout is mandatory to participate in the program, but does not commit you to participating. If you have any interest in participating, it is strongly recommended that you attend a callout. If you are unable to attend either callout, please email Elizabeth Pearson (eallum@purdue.edu).
The TWM program matches up current IE students with an IE alumni mentor and is intended to help students gain insight about their future in industry. Mentor pairs are required to meet a minimum of once every two weeks in-person, virtually, or via phone over the course of a semester. The IISE Mentorship Director will send out emails at the beginning of each two-week period suggesting a theme for each meeting to help drive productive discussion, but if other topics emerge that are more relevant to the pairings they are free to go wherever those lead. A tentative list of topics can be found below.

Tuesday, April 23rd from 2:30pm – 3:30pm via Zoom (link will be sent to once registered)
