2024 NFI Engineering Rotational Program

One-year rotational program is designed to expose an entry-level engineer to all facets of Supply Chain Engineering.  In this role, trainees will rotate through the Distribution, Non-Asset, and Transportation Engineering Departments of NFI where they will receive comprehensive technical, functional, and leadership training that will set the stage for potential accelerated career growth.  In this role, trainees will work with data to design and model supply chain solutions that drive value to NFI and their customers. 

Program Qualifications: 

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering 

·  Previous Internship/Research/Project in Supply Chain or Quantitative field Working knowledge in planning, transportation, inventory management, strategic sourcing and S&OP. 

·  Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills Experience in preparing and presenting to internal and external leadership Well organized with high attention to detail and accuracy 

·  Excellent analytical and mathematical skills 

·  Strong Technical Background – demonstrated ability to learn technical skills quickly 

·  0-3 Years of experience in transportation management, dedicated fleet operations, distribution center management, materials handling, and decision support systems
