Marketing Specialist for Haas Factory Outlet

As the Marketing Specialist for Haas Factory Outlet, you will be responsible for crafting, reviewing, and editing content for all marketing communications used to promote the products and services of the organization. This includes content for traditional marketing efforts, digital marketing, and social media. The Marketing Specialist will work alongside our internal marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the marketing department and management to understand all marketing goals and develop content strategies accordingly.

• Design original graphic elements, marketing copy for emails, brochures, web pages, social media, and in-person events.

• Planning and participation in tradeshows, events, and educational luncheons 

• Support the development of social media content that drives social engagement

• Take the lead in developing engaging content that generates maximum customer interaction.

• Optimize industry keywords and phrases to ensure content reaches the targeted audience.

• Write and review content for direct marketing, nurturing campaigns, social media, and public communications.

• Assist in collecting, reporting and interpreting marketing metrics and data to improve marketing efforts and outcomes

• Develop new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.

• Ensure that the content is aligned with copyright and data protection laws.

Job Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing preferred, other related fields also considered.

• Prior experience with crafting strong and engaging content, both graphic and written for various platforms. 

• Social media expertise demonstrated across multiple platforms a plus: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok

• Proficiency with content management systems and analytics software’s, HubSpot and Salesforce experience a plus

• Video editing and production for weekly customer spotlights.

• Excellent writing, proofreading and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in web traffic metrics, HTML, and web publishing, SEO

• Proficiency Microsoft Office suite

• Experience working with Adobe InDesign, Premier Pro and Photoshop a plus.

• Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills

• Prior experience in engineering and or manufacturing, preferred but not required. 

• Multi-project management skills, adhering to timelines and adhering to deadlines to achieve targets.

• Creative minded with attention to detail
