- Apply rigorous logic and proven Engineering principles to achieve the project’s objectives

- Work with stakeholders, users, leadership, and IT to design and develop tools

Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience with continuous improvement and process management principals
- Demonstrate ability to deal with complexity and communicate effectively
- Excellent data navigation, interpretation, and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Access/SQL a plus.

The Solutions Engineering Intern will engage with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive top customer service and operational excellence through our smart network. The engineer will help lead change using a process oriented, data driven, and customer focused approach. Successful engineers are able to understand the big picture, make the right tradeoffs, and have excellent analytical skills. In addition, they excel at thinking creatively and developing collaborative working relationships with business partners, technical experts, and customers. The successful candidate will be results oriented problem solver, effective at working in a team environment, and then communicating results.
This is a remote position. Compensation for the role is $23.00 per hour.
